We had our local EAA Chapter meeting at Van's old prototype shop adjacent to his house where he is working on the RV-11. He had it covered up because the meeting was about the restoration project he's working on: George Bogardus' "Little Gee Bee". The Smithsonian Air & Space museum has agreed to display this historic aircraft and Van has committed to get it done by December '05. I suspect the RV-11 is on a back burner until the restoration is complete.
