Two weeks ago I ordered my -4 canopy from Rich at aircraft extras and up untill today, haven't had much luck with info regarding when to expect it or what the status of it is. (I figured, if you advertise something for sale, you should probably have it, and be able to ship it) I called him this morning and felt like he forgot about the order when he said it (the canopy) hadn't been made yet, but it'll be right out "first thing next week!", and should be at my door the end of next friday, or early the next monday. I can just feal this conversation being repeated over and over...
Has anyone here ordered a canopy from aircraft extras before and had a pleasant experiance? I ordered it two weeks ago because I needed it yesterday, I'm a 3 hour drive from Vans, so getting a stock canopy isn't a big deal, minus the extra cost and no free replacement. I farm for a living and the winter months are prime for building, so time, isn't on my side.
Any thoughts?
