Default When do you give up on a supplier?

I deleted because this is becoming a past-tense situation. I've been accused of many things, but I tend to have facts when I have a conversation. Frustrating.

1st advice is to identify the component and supplier. If you've waited over a month without serious interest from them in helping you, why not go public?

Have you tried contacting company leadership directly? Sometimes one bad egg at the company creates all the pain and they may not be aware.
