Attaboy to SwitchBox

Hello Gents

A while ago I bought a used SwitchBox from a poster here on VAF and had to buy a new Sim Card for it.

I had an issue installing it in the Box and after sending an e-mail to SwitchBox support on a Sunday night, it took not hours but minutes to get a reply from Phillip on how to set it up.

Today I got around to finally used it and had a few questions with the T-Mobil account.Again after an e-mail to Phillip I got a reply within minutes and he took care of everything..

That is what I call ''First Class Service'' and all that from a small compagny..

Also for my Canadians friends here wondering about using the T-Mobil cell service, I have absolutly no issue at all with reception of signal ( With even the small antenna)it is working flawlessly and I'm located out of town north of Montreal on a farm strip 5.2 NM west of CYMX.

So again thank you SwitchBox for the great service..
