Question Wing Tank Removal - ALL Screws?

I'm attempting to remove the left tank on my Rocket and I'm wondering if both rows of screws parallel to the spar need to be removed. I have the outer perimeter screws removed and have inserted shims to "unlock" the dimples, but so far no joy. Before I "go medieval" on the tank I figured I should check to see if I'd gone far enough with the fasteners.

Many thanks.

Thumbs up

Thanks Mel, that's what I was afraid of.

LOTS of paint on those inner screws and I don't have one of those little screw head paint cutters handy.
