Stratus 1 issue

I have a Stratus1 that works fine but i can not charge it because the plug inside the case that accepts the charger plug fell out and is gone.
The board looks fine but the bond failed on the plug.
I called Appareo but they don't support it any more.
I'm assuming this is now trash, but thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas.
