Question Cowling 1/2 turn PHILLIPS fasteners, WHO sells

I bought these fasteners from a guy in Florida with the backing plates about 3 1/2 years ago but can't remember the gentleman or his company's name. They are a PHILLIPS head 1/2 turn fastener with MIL Spec printed on sleeve around the PHILLIPS screw.I installed them after a friend asked me to remove his upper cowl pin with vise grips through the oil door. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike thanks, that was the company in Florida that I dealt with (Milspec products). He had my name on record. Want a nice gentleman, thoughtful to explain the install process of his advertised products and tools needed. So I bought extra!

Thanks Kevin for your lead.
