Andair FS20x7T sticking

My selector valve has been getting increasingly difficult to switch between right and left (and visa versa) lately. I'm down for panel upgrade and figure I should get to the bottom of this. I searched the threads but couldn't fins any mention of this with regards to the Andair selector. I've emailed Andair but nothing in response. Anyone have experience with this?

Really??? No one has had this problem? Andair just advised me to send it to them for inspection. I was hoping someone had worked on these to give me a few hints....
