Default Tip: Rolling Rudder Flanges on RV-14A

When rolling the rudder flanges, I used a 1" PVC pipe which I clecoed to the flange using the predrilled holes... rolling one section at a time, I started at the top of the rudder with the small flange and rolled it around the pipe using the clecos to turn the pipe. Using a hand bender I put a slight bend in the lower flange edge to just behind the holes and clecoed the two flanges together. Then moved to the next section.....This method makes a smooth bend.....I posted a video on youtube search RV14A and it should come up.
