Default Field Repair Kit

I was wondering what everyone keeps with them for field repairs ?

Starting with:

Flat Tires: What tools and parts do you keep with you to get you back home if you have a flat ? And do you use a pump ? Fix a flat ? CO2 inflators ?

Other issues: What other away from home fixes do you plan for and keep parts for ?

I am trying to assemble a basic kit to keep in the plane so, experience and advice are appreciated.

BTW - it looks to me like a flat tire means the plane will sit on and break the wheel pants ? surely not ?
