SR71 event at Warner-Robins

Anyone planning on going to this? I'm a bit of a Blackbird nut myself and am considering flying out for it.

I missed that airplane's last flight by a week or so. It was scheduled for a flyby of Lockheed's Marietta, GA facility one weekday afternoon. I begged off work to see it, and the airplane had a mechanical which postponed the trip by a week or so.

This was pre- internet and cell phone, so I waited for a long time (and with a bunch of other people) for an airplane that never showed.

When it did make the flight a week or so later, they didn't include a Lockheed fly-by in the route.
