Thumbs up Koger Sunshade good Customer Service

I recently needed a replacement fabric for one side of my Koger sunshade in my -6.

My initial email was answered promptly, and I ordered what I needed on the website. Easy.

The order was filled quickly, and when I opened it I was surprised and pleased to find a $5 bill, and a note that said: "Computer overcharged you for postage".

I would never have known.

I consider that to be exemplary customer service!! Thanks, Jeff!

It's funny, isn't it? $5 doesn't seem like a lot, and lets face it, most of us wouldn't miss it, but for a company to put honesty ahead of a few $$ speaks volumes, particularly in such a small industry.

Default Needed a replacment part

Hi,

after installing my Koger in a tip up RV, the front slider did not goes into the rail, the thread was out of center ... the part wider then the slot in the rail.

I emailed Koger, but they did not respond. Then I emailed to Vans, they informed Koger, my mail got into the spam/junk bin.

Then they informed me that the new part is on the way. After a few day's I got the new slider with the front bow. Exchanged all is fine and ALL FOR FREE!

Thank you Koger, great service!
