Default interesting issue with search function

I was looking for a thread that I started in the temp forum. I typed the title of the thread verbatum. I even told the advanced search to look specifically in the temp forum. I couldn't find it.

So I wondered if maybe it was more than two weeks old and looked in the temp form, and there it was.

Why couldn't the search function find it?

[ed. The 'Temp' section doesn't get indexed for search, since it's cleaned out every so often. v/r,dr]
