Default RV-6 landing light

Can someone tell me where to get these landing light cutouts to put in my wingtips. I have the older horner style on my rv6 with no landing lights at all. My friends rv4 has these installed. I have looked on vans website with no success.

Thanks
Hank

They look like RMD lights which I believe sold to this company. Larry

I am looking for the ones that retrofit to the old style wingstips. These seem to be an add on piece.

I am not sure what you are after? I have installed these kits on an RV6 and an RV8 back in the 2002/2005 era and I believe they are still around. You will need to cut out the material on the tip and install these units and it will require some glass work. The original source are these guys. Larry

Default Homebuilt means "anything"

Lighting has gone through huge changes in the last 10 years, first halogen, now LED. It's common for a builder to use a standard kit... which this likely is. Then retrofit a random e-bay LED emitter from a powerful flashlight... like this.

Click or Search eBay for "26650 CREE XM-L LED 21x T6"

_WAY_ more light, way less cost and current.
