Default Van's baffle kit: intercylinder baffling included or not?

I called the factory, but the person on the phone was only able to send me a packing kit, which seems a little cryptic to me. What I want to know is, does the Van's baffle kit for the IO-540/RV-10 include the intercylinder pieces? You know, the ones that bridge the gap and are attached with the spring-hook?

They are a Lycoming part in the IPC, so I can see how they might be left to the builder to source that way. $78 each from Aircraft Specialties.

Thanks!

No, they are not. Mine were installed on the engine.

No. Comes with a (new) engine. Rebuilt may or may not.
