Default Whatever happened with the Vans Lawsuit?

Remember last year when a woman sued Vans for $35 Million for what was (in my opinion) a fault by the builder of the RV-10?

Is it still going on or was it dismissed?

Lawsuits take a VERY long time to work their way through the system....
