How to Joggle Lower Flap Skin?

I've seen on Dan's site that he created a slight joggle on the lower flap skin to improve the fit. How is this accomplished? Dan??

Depending on how much joggling you plan on doing, you might want to save the $42 and use the hand seamers...

Anybody care to give a little free advice on how to make a nice joggle with my seamers?

Bend it down, move the seamers, bend it up. (Down & up relative to airplane down & up)
