Default Monday AM Commute
I thought it was pretty this morning on my commute to work so I took a couple of snap shots with the cell phone. Wish the quality of the image was better.

This is climbing out of Asheville KAVL heading east to Burlington KBUY. I am not quite to my IFR altitude of 9K.

Storms had passed overnight. These were remnants. Had a nice stiff 32 knot tailwind. Smooth as glass. Pulled the power back to get 24 nautical MPG and 190 ish knots groundspeed.

Love that area and look forward to many flights to western NC for vacations in the mountains.
