Earth X jump start pack

This is about my dodge truck. But it was parked next to my RV9A in the hangar, so it qualifies as an RV post. In Anchorage, I picked up the Earth X jump pack. After a great flight to several high altitude Colorado strips earlier this week, we returned to the hangar and found the truck battery dead. The Earth X got it going quickly. I still think it is black magic... as the battery weighs ounces, yet starts the bid Dodge Ram. I carry this in the RV, but may purchase a second just for auto use. Now I need to make a checklist to remember to turn off the scanner and two way radio in the truck when leaving for a few days.
