Default Ignition wire harness seal

Does anyone have a source for the ignition wire harness seal? I am working on my baffling and do not have the seals for the bendix magneto wires. I have checked Aircraft Spruce, Chief Aircraft and Wicks, although AircraftSpruce has a baffle seal for Slick wiring.

Thanks for your help.

Default An alternative to purchasing

You could wet out some fiberglass with some high temp silicone and use it to seal the wire into your through hole. Rivet some large aluminum "washers" over it when dry to keep it from peeling loose from the baffles.

I just used some large grommets that I bought from AS.

Default Harness Seal

slick M2375 is a generic seal that works fine with Bendix mags with any of the common plug wires.

I made some with 1/8 inch phenolic sheet from Aircraft Spruce.

Default Thanks for the information

For $24.00 a piece I think I will try fabricating two before buying.

I also made my own. I used 1/4" plastic from a $1.50 cutting board at Walmart.
