building IO540 in Rockland County (mentor needed)

HI, I just found a 540 core that I want to send out the parts for overhaul and build this beast. It would be nice to have a paid mentor that can help (build) me with it.

It would be nice if you were within 70 miles of Rockland County. If not I would consider sending the parts to you, and you build it for me.
