Default Assembling Matco master cylinders

hey all -

i've disassembled my master cylinders for powdercoat, and now i'm putting them back together. My question is - I don't have any aviation brake fluid handy just yet, and I need a bit of lube to re-assemble. Can I use automotive ATF just to assemble? I'm not going to use it as brake fluid as some do - just need something so the seals slide in easy, that's compatible with aviation brake fluid.

thanks -
cj

Buy what ever you are going to use anyway. That way you can be sure of compatability. A qt. can of Mil Spec brake fluid is way more than you will need.
