Dynon shunt and 70 amp alternator
I have a 70 amp alternator and have a D180 with the dynon shunt. I also have a ANL-60 protecting the layout....should I replace that with a ANL-80?
Thanks
Don

If I am reading
THIS CHART
correctly, an ANL-60 will never blow unless the current is above 100 amps. Based on that, I would not replace the fuse.

I am going to post your question on the AeroElectric list to get a second opinion.

. . . 60A will be fine. . . . . . , even an ANL50 would not be severely stressed by a 70A alternator . . . .Bob . . .
