Question RV 6 wings and empennage

Hello, I have a complete early RV6 wing and empennage. If I buy a RV4 fuselage kit can I use my wings and tail? Anyone know or should I contact Van's Aircraft.
Thanks
Chris

The wing roots (inside the fuselage) of the RV-4 and RV-6 are completely different in length.

If they could be modified it won't be easy.
