I do it this way...

1 save the photo to your computer
2 go to www.tinypic.com
3 using "browse" on that site, find the picture on your computer
4 choose the size "message board 640x480"
5 click upload
6 when it comes back with a bunch of web addresses, copy the one for message boards and paste into your Vansairforce thread.
7 drink a beer and stay at home.
