From the data posted on this site, it appears that the effectiveness is as follows:

Butyl - Very Good

Neoprene
or - Good
Natural Latex

Nitrile - Poor

Note: All are denoted as "Limited Service", so it is best to do whatcha' have to, and then get them off.
