Default Question for Doug Reeves (GX-60)

Doug,

What broke on your GX-60 a few months ago? My GX-60 crapped out today inflight, screen went completely blank, radio stopped working. Wondering what became of yours. If fixed, what was wrong, if not fixed, why? Any info appreciated.

Thanks

All my fault, Tobin. 2 gallons of water poured in it with a garden hose washing the plane. I found out that my canopy seal wasn't quite sealing, sadly.

I literally poured water out of the radio.

Didn't work well after that <g>.

That's right, now I remember. I'd forgotten about that but I do remember you posting that here. Fourtunately nothing that drastic happend to mine, but still not sure what's wrong with it. Have to send it in and get it looked at.

Merry Christmas

Classify it under "one expensive plane wash".
