Default Spark plug wires

I have searched for a source to purchase aircraft type shielded spark plug wires from without joy. I am looking for just the wire, no finished ends. I will cut make up my own leads from hardware I have.
Can anyone point me to a source please.
Thanks.
Johan

I know you specified aircraft type, but if you are making your own I would recommend MSD 8.5mm wire sets, I just made a set for my upper plugs and it was way easy.

Magneto wire is solid core, usually stainless plus a shield but auto racing wire is resistance carbon core and no shield.

Slick mag wire is copper core, the core is a small diameter single strand wire, coiled like a spring and embedded into silicon dielectric material. The outer braided shield is also copper, tinned, and silicon impregnated.

Slick wire is available through spruce by the spool and costs a small fortune like all Slick components.

I'll go measure. It is for IO-540, left and right mags.
Thank you.
