Default Is Andair still around?

I am just curious if something happened to Andair.

I had returned some parts in mid-December, and never heard anything about a credit. I have since reached out to them in several emails to andair@andair.co.uk, and have received no replies.

Does anyone know if something happened to them? Up until now, their customer support was excellent, then it just became a black hole.

Their website is still up and as of Feb 28 just installed a new CNC mill.

They are very difficult to get a hold of. I think you will find many threads here on this.
Many calls and emails go unanswered.
Great parts/bad service.

Evidently they were just busy, but reading VAF. I got a reply last night, and they are taking care of me. I suspect they might be more of a phone oriented business, and not attuned to email as much. It makes it more difficult working with them from the US, but as mentioned above, they make a fantastic product.

I didn't mean to slam there here, I was honestly curious given the perceived blackout. I happy to report things are back on track for my situation.
