What would you pay for RV-14A EMP KIT USED?

Curious what the conciseness is on the value of a USED RV14A EMP kit with the stobe option that has some work done. By minimal work vertical stabilizer done (except rear spar) and HS is a skeleton.

New Price
Vans Price = $4100
Strobe option = $340
Crating = $85
Total = $4525

What would you pay for someone else kit based on the above?

Oh, it would depend on the quality of the work done and how the kit was presented. Does it have the inventory list? Has that been checked off? Would the seller guarantee that everything is there? Is the kit properly packaged for shipment - or will it be after an inspection?

The closer it can be to as-received from Van's, the closer its price will be to the new one.
