Default Ram Air Bypass

A while back I saw some pictures on a website showing a ram air bypass in an RV8. It basically was a cylindrical filter that bypassed using a butterfly at one end. For the life of me I can't find the site can anyone point me in the right direction?

Dan did used a cylindrical butterfly setup on his RV-7. Check it out, www.rvproject.com
