Default DF Engine Mount Bolts

Finally got my overhauled engine back on the plane. I was able to tighten all the bolts on the rubber mounts to where they bottom out on the internal spacer.

How critical is the torque on these? The only way I can see to torque them would be to use the torque wrench on the bolt side (rear)

The top nuts are easier to get to. Is there a special wrench or technique used to get the bottom bolts tight?
