Thumbs up Static balance weight looks out of place

Hi guys please give me your opinion here is what i see
WW 200RV prop was balanced to 0.07@2300 cuople of month back
Today I removed spinner for inspection and noticed that static balance weight is located exactly 180 against dynamic balance weight on ring gear.

Does it meen that static one was just installed for fun of it at factory
without static balancing???

Would you remove it and run balance without it and see how unbalanced is it without any weights???

Thank you

There are many things that effect balance that are not there when the prop is static balanced (flywheel, spinner, spinner bulkhead etc.) so its not unusual to see this.
There would be no reason to remove the static weights and start over unless you just want to for fun.
