Default Bendix Magneto.... Multiple plugs wires not working

Background. These are s420 and s421 bendix mags. These came on a older lycoming o320-b2a engine I overhauled. I also overhauled the mags with new condensers, points, coils, distributor gears, distributor blocks, carbon brush and even sent them in to be tested and they past. Now I'm preparing for first flight and I noticed that my engines running rougher than it should. I checked in the magneto leads and found that three of the mag wires from my right magneto are not firing and one of the wires from my left magneto are not firing. Both magnetos have the magneto filters installed. These filters we're not installed by me but were already installed when I purchased the engine and do show some age. Could these magneto filters have anything to do with my wires not firing?

Thanks
Bill
