Default Landoll bolt torque

Hi all,
I wanted to try my RV-4 without the Landoll balancer so I removed it the other day. I like it better with it so I am reinstalling it.. Does anybody recall what Landoll wanted the bolts torqued to? Finding torque values for course thread in the 43.13 has been done, but I have no idea what the internal structure of these looks like. Also, these are grade 8's, I believe, and what I can find on the interweb is 12-14ft/lbs for those. Thanks John
