Found in my bag of parts - anyone know what it is?

Maybe
associated with a tach drive cable? My books are not handy, but there does appear to be a groove in the receptacle.
I will look in the books Monday.

Not a Lyc part. Spacer bushing for impulse drive on Bendix mag.

Yeah, it looks like a spacer for a magneto drive gear.

One of the options for retaining a split front crankshaft seal?

Yes, it's Lycoming part # 73952 "Plate, Crankshaft oil seal retaining"
But for a single piece seal on older crankcases.

Yes, cover plate over prop seal. Attaches with little coarse thread bolts.
