Default Difficulty entering a user waypoint in my 430W

I have tried and tried to enter a user waypoint by coordinates in my 430W and simply can't do it, even with the owner's manual in my lap. I get as far as entering a name and then when I press the 'enter' button, a different waypoint name appears...???

Any help?

Thanks,

Default I figured it out

The problem was the way I named the waypoint to start with. I named it "RAY W" with a space between the Y and W. When I did not leave a space, the problem was solved...nothing in the book about that.

Best,
