A true condition inspection, or a "pre-purchase" inspection?

Try John Conrad at http://conradaero.com/

He is in Three Rivers, MI. It is a small shop that does good work.

I use him for my altimeter / transponder checks and recently a prop balance. Other EAA Chapter members use him for condition inspections on their RVs (a RV6 and a RV10).

I have seen other experimental aircraft in the shop so I know they have no problem with doing condition inspections on them.
