AirGizmo Customer Service
I thought I would share a really great customer service experience from AirGizmo. The straps on my gust locks had finally been weathered enough that they had torn through. I ordered replacement straps, which came within 2 days. However, they were thinner than the original straps and would not lock in place. I called Airgizmo, and within 2 days I had parts to "update" my gust locks to the new size straps. Wow! And no charge, even after I called back and offered to pay for parts.
