Monroy ATD-300+ Traffic Watch

I recently bought a Monroy ATD-300+ Traffic Watch, antenna and ARINC. Jose Monroy told me that it would display up to four targets on either the Garmin 530 and/or the new Avidyne IFD540.
Has anyone installed this unit tied into an Avidyne IFD540? I need to know if pins 50&51 can be used keeping in mind that pins 48&49 have been used and configured for the NAV/LOC/GS. How do I configure 50&51 to accept the ATD300.
Yes, I have tried Jose, but no return/replies. And, I know I will have the "why use that when you can have ADSB" comments; please keep in mind we don't have ADSB in Canada, with no plans for implementation within my lifetime.I've also had the quick brushoff from Avidyne.
I'd really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction and maybe in turn also help Jose out a bit (and anyone else wanting this system). Grateful thanks and top of the season to all.
