Default Tips on using preservative oil?

I bought a can of preservative oil for the cylinders. My main question is what do I use to "mist" into into the cylinders? Some kind of spray bottle or ???

Fyi - The engine is not running.

Any other tips on using it?

I do have the dehydrators to install after misting / fogging.

I can't comment from recent experience as our engine has the intakes and exhaust ports blocked off, thus allowing the cylinders to be filled with preservative oil.

As I think about this question, the first thought that comes to mind is that an automotive undercoating spray gun would likely do a good job of "misting" that heavy oil, if applied judiciously via the lower spark plug hole. Turn up the air pressure and turn down the fluid flow. Bet it wouldn't take more than a couple of seconds per cylinder.
