Default Gear stiffener performance

I can report with confidence that gear stiffeners appear to eliminate wheel shudder on landing roll out. I read the dialogue on wheel pressure etc So I tried an experiment on my -3 with carbon fiber fairings that have a gusset on the rear side of th round gear leg. The leg is wrapped with glass/epoxy for galvanic isolation. The fairing is bonded carbon like you would build an antique with balsa and Fabric. It works great ! Call,PM or email for discussion.

Default shimmy

I'd be interested in seeing photos of what you've done there. Chasing shimmy with tire pressure seems to be a losing proposition.
