Default EFii Bus Manager Failures?

Looking at buying the Bus Manager. What is the data on the historical failure rate of the Bus Manager, and what modes might be failure prone?

We have 3 power sources, but if the manager fails...

I don't know if there is any data regarding failures, or if any have ever happened. If you wire the Buss Manager per the manual you will have the override toggle switch that will directly power the essential buss from the battery in the case of a Buss Manager failure.
