Plenty of airplanes pull air off the #3 baffle for an oil cooler, so no inherent issue there. SCAT tube is horrible for airflow so keep it as straight and short as possible. Similarly, keep the oil lines as short as you can, because they are heavy and tend to get in the way.
Since you are going off plan with this anyway, start thinking about incorporating a bypass duct for the lower fins of the head. You will be happy you did.
