Default Ratchet style crimp tool

Wiring is not far ahead. Another thread on crimping got me thinking about my tools. I have a ratchet style crimper from the old days with dies for crimping cable collars from my 2-way radio days. It's not nice to hijack the other thread so...
Does anyone recognize this tool and can I get dies to crimp Amp terminals?

I would say yes as it looks similar to the one I bought from Stein.

He sells the dies and it looks to me that the holes line up.
