There's an RV-12 up north from you that's for sale. If there is someone (a builder, A&P or tech counselor) who could take a look and give me an initial report I'd be grateful. I don't want to send someone out of their way, though, because it looks like I may just got down for a look myself in the next week or so.

I have a home 6 miles direct, 20 mins on the road, from GEV. I used to keep my Sonex there during the summers. I will be there until the third or fourth week of October.

I built a Sonex, bought an RV-4, and now have an RV-6 that I purchased. I don't know much of anything about the RV-12, but if you have a list of things to look for I'd gladly go over and take a look at the plane and report back.
