Astronics Max-Viz X1

A friend of mine just passed along this link last night, in a bit of rib-jabbing for all the toys and gadgets going into my build. Apparently Astronics has released a version of the Max-Viz IR camera specifically for the experimental crowd. $6k according to the press release.

It'll be a long while before I may think of buying one. But I'm sure others would readily find more use out of it.
