that's covering a lot of ground in one day. great shots. my wife says to post the food pictures. maybe the forum needs a separate foodie photo section?

The lobster stew was just so good. The Wild Blueberry homemade pie was the best I've ever had. And my mother was a great pie maker!

The locals said that the liver turns green when the lobster is boiled and it is the best part. I'll have to take their word for it.

I hear you. I'm missing a stretch of states across the north (Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Washington, Utah, and Nevada.) Sounds like a trip for me next summer but the west coast is a long way in a -12.
It would be worth it to maybe extend Oshkosh another week and head east. It's a great destination.
