Default Wifi at kosh

Its been a few years since i attended and wifi was always a battle.
Coming from Canada, was hoping the wifi was much better now and i didnt need to buy an international plan.

Anyone able to say if wifi is terrible, ok, good or great at hbc, or even walking the show?

Thanks.

Sitting in Camp Scholler and it's been pretty good. Occasionally a problem getting on, but decent speed. However, it's only Sunday and the crowds aren't here yet.

Each year, WiFi seams to be a little bit better. Last year, I had WiFi over 80% of the time when I wanted it. Yes there are some areas that the signal is too weak but it appears that EAA has been making upgrades each year to help make it more usable. (More usable as in enough bandwidth for multiple users with adequate speed.) It may not be as fast as one has at home with the high speed cable or fiber connection but more than adequate to get messages in and out and research needed info. Now if you want to stream video to you device, expect to be disappointed.

It is a bummer in the western part of HBC near HQ, but better in HBP.
