Default Enroute to OSH FBO discounts

FYI AIRNAV has a page that lists fuel discounts plus other benefits for those heading to OSH.

Default Any tips on stops south of ripon.

Anyone familiar with great stops NW of chicago, post them.

We always fly direct but this year may fly somewhere and fuel up and relax, maybe even overnight somewhere within 30 min flight time of of ripon. Any tips throw them out.

I am sure others would like to great rest/fuel stop before kosh if weather, traffic etc is an issue.

Default Stops NW of Chicago - Watertown/Burlington

Watertown, WI is a nice little airport with fast and slow food, and two hotels a two block walk from the FBO, Wisconsin Aviation. But call ahead to make sure there aren't any mass-arrival groups using the airport.

For cheap gas, self-serve, Burlington, WI (BUU) is a local favorite for SE WI.
